Most streets will NOT be closed off completely. Streets will be surfaced only one side of the street each day. When surfacing is applied on one half of the street, the opposite side will be TWO WAY. Cul-de-sac streets will be TWO WAY in the lane not being surfaced. Streets will be coned off and  Flaggers will direct traffic (where required).

Directional signs and NO PARKING signs will be posted. We will provide traffic control. Please obey the flaggers. DO NOT park on the streets. Traffic must be able to use the side of the street we are not surfacing. Tow trucks will be on standby to remove vehicles parked in the street. Please contact any contractors or lawn service providers and notify them of these restrictions.

Subdivisions may have many curves which will create blind spots to oncoming traffic, so drive carefully and obey the flaggers.

Surfacing is weather-dependent. Rain will alter the schedule. If your street is rained out, it will be surfaced on the next day, weather permitting. So the entire schedule for your subdivision/street will be pushed back according to the weather. Please check this website to follow the schedule.

Liquid Road  Ultrablend is an applied liquid. (Application Video) It is a two-coat system. We will apply the first coat in the morning starting at 7 AM. We will apply the second coat as quickly as drying time allows. We expect to have the second coat applied by early afternoon. If we have sun, breeze, and low humidity, we should have the street opened by 7 PM.

DO NOT drive through wet surfacing. This is what happens. Driving through or walking on wet Sealer will track and splash on cars. When Liquid Road is dry, it will not track. If orange cones are in place the surface is still wet – DO NOT drive or walk in the coned-off area.

Please check this website for updates.
